Darts Counter · Last updated October 2, 2026
Darts Counter is a scoreboard. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, and it does not send your games anywhere. This policy describes the little data the app handles and why, and it describes what the app actually does — if the app changes, this page changes with it.
What stays on your device
Every match you play, the players you name, your scores, averages, checkouts and the record of where your darts landed are written to the app's own storage on your phone. They are never uploaded, never shared and never seen by us. Deleting the history in Settings deletes those files; deleting the app removes everything.
What the app sends
Nothing about your games. The app makes no network request while you score a match, play the bot, run a tournament or practise. It works in full with the phone offline.
Two exceptions, both standing between you and a company rather than between you and us:
- Purchases. If you open the subscription screen or buy, Apple and RevenueCat handle the payment. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier for your device and the state of your subscription. It never receives your name, your scores or anything you typed into the app.
- Reading the score out loud. The voice is the one already on your phone, produced by iOS. No audio is recorded and nothing is sent anywhere; the app has no microphone permission at all.
Usage analytics
The app records a small number of events about its own use — that it was opened, that a match was started and finished, that the subscription screen was shown, that a purchase happened — to understand which parts are used. These events contain no names, no scores and no identifiers beyond those Apple provides. At the time of writing they are kept on your device only. If that ever changes, this page will say which service receives them, before the version that sends them ships.
Children
The app collects nothing from anybody, of any age.
Your rights
Because nothing of yours reaches us, there is nothing of yours for us to show you, correct or delete. Everything the app holds is in your hands, on your phone, and the Settings screen deletes it.
