Common questions

I tapped the wrong number

UNDO on the keypad takes the match back one dart, including across the end of a leg. It remembers the last fifty darts.

The app says I busted and gave my points back

That is the rule, not a fault. A visit is void if it takes you below zero, leaves you on one, or reaches zero on something that is not a double. The screen flashes red because the score going up is otherwise easy to read as a bug.

The checkout it suggests is not the one I would throw

It gives one route that finishes, preferring doubles that halve cleanly. It recalculates after every dart, so if you hit something else the next suggestion is already based on what is actually left.

Can I play someone who is not here?

Not yet — there is no online play. There is a bot at four levels, each throwing to a real three-dart average.

I paid and the app says it is locked

Settings → Restore purchases, with the same Apple ID that bought it. If it still says no subscription was found, write and include the Apple ID's email.

How do I cancel?

Through Apple: Settings app → your name → Subscriptions. We cannot cancel it for you — Apple does not allow it — and we never see your payment details.
